Thanksgiving -- Arizona Style

So we start off with a very Lindsay- Lohan-
looking Eva. Kind of the "caught in the act" stare. Only Eva's "act" is just looking adorable. That's why we love her. She's intoxicating, really.

We love visiting Dave and Teresa's house. Not only for the cute kids, but the abundant food, great weather (in November), and of course the random stories of pogo stick murderers and creepy old women with walkers (thank you, Warren).

Kyle wouldn't let us see his pretty face.

Everybody got a chance to play Spiderman. Check out the irony here: David wearing a Green Lantern t-shirt, yet posing as Spiderman. I believe this represents the ultimate Freudian struggle of id battling superego. Here's a good blog question: who would win the fight between the Green Lantern and Spiderman? Id v. Superego? Super-Powerful-Ring-Bearing InterGalactic FBI v. Regular Guy Who Got Bit By a Spider? David v. Porter? Where's Freud when we need him most? (So thinking about this more, I think Dave would be the Id, the shirt would be the Superego, and Porter's mask would be the Ego. Hmm, fascinating....or else not).

Tide Pools

Paul and I (and Mikey and Amber Adling) went to the Laguna Beach tide pools for Veteran's Day. There's really only one word to describe it: radical.
We found the most gigantic-est star fish ever. Actually Mike and Amber Adling found it, but we had the camera, so we got all the glory. Bwahaha...

We ran into some real-life pirates. It was amazing. Thank goodness I was there or Paul never would have made it out alive.

Paul (looking hot) and his pet hermit crab (looking crabby).

There's a Party Goin' On Right Here...

We had a surprise party for Paul on Thursday (Nov 1). He was, surprisingly, surprised. He's now 26, and officially super old. This is also a good shot of our sweet apartment (note the bunny ears on top of the TV).
